Kingtide ("we", "us") is an AI-powered B2B lead generation platform. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using our website or the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

This policy applies to information we handle as the operator of the Service: your account information, your usage of the platform, and the business contact data we source and process to run campaigns. Where we process prospect data at your direction — for example, sending campaigns you approve — you determine the purposes of that outreach, and you are responsible for it as the sender (see "Your Role as a Customer").

As a customer running outreach through Kingtide, you agree to:

• use prospect data only for lawful B2B outreach related to your business;
• honor opt-out requests promptly — the platform's unsubscribe and do-not-contact handling must not be circumvented;
• comply with all laws applicable to your outreach, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

• Account information — your name, email address, company details, and the business profile you provide during onboarding (your offer, ideal customer profile, and preferences).
• Usage information — how you interact with the platform, including feedback you give the AI agents (approvals, ratings, edits, and instructions), which is used to personalize how your agents work.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device information, and access times.
• Billing information — processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

To build lead lists for our customers, we obtain business and professional information about prospective contacts from third-party data providers and publicly available sources — such as professional directories, company websites, and public business profiles. This typically includes name, job title, employer, business contact details, and related professional information used for B2B communication.

• to provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• to run your campaigns: researching prospects, drafting and sending outreach, and optimizing performance;
• to personalize your AI agents based on the feedback and instructions you give them;
• to communicate with you about your account and activity;
• to produce aggregated, anonymized analytics;
• to maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, under agreements that limit their use of it, including:

• cloud hosting and database infrastructure;
• AI model providers that process campaign content to generate research and copy;
• email sending and deliverability partners;
• B2B data providers;
• payment processing providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information).

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for core functionality — signing you in, keeping your session active, and securing the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, or as required by law. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required (for example, billing records or suppression lists that keep opted-out contacts opted out).

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-customer data isolation. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

• access and update your account information in the product;
• request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your personal information;
• object to or restrict certain processing.

If you received an email sent through Kingtide and no longer wish to be contacted, use the opt-out mechanism in the message or email us at support@kingtide.ai — we will add you to our suppression list. We respond to requests within 30 days.

The Service is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the current version.
